Tracy asked us the right questions, listened and understood our answers (better than we did most of the time). What was important to us was important to her. Every step of the way I felt like she was working hard to help us. 90% of the time Tracy answered the phone when I called. The rest of the time I never waited more than 30 minutes for a callback. When she says she will do something, it's always done. I wish we needed another home. I'm going to miss her.
