Josh is wonderful to work with! From the very first day in just looking at homes, with no thought in mind as to what we really wanted, and no appointment scheduled! Josh was willing to fit us in and it has been a pleasure ever since! Josh is so detailed when it comes to pointing out what is not so obvious to you as a potential home buyer, such as how old the HVAC unit (s) are, if there are water spots on the walls, ceilings, etc., or even how the water pressure is throughout the home.
