Responsiveness is above and beyond her best quality. Always had super quick and helpful responses, even at times I fully expected her to get back to me the next day. She was always on top of all the paperwork I needed, and being always made sure she made it as simple as possible while still getting all the information across.

Within the first week she had figured out really well what I was after, and kept me with more great suggestions than I could possibly get through in my free time.
