Karl is very knowledgeable about the area, promptly replies to messages, and is able to perform excellent remote/FaceTime showings when necessary. While viewing the houses we liked in order to buy, he indeed would point to the possible negative signs that we would miss, and perform
“mini inspection”- turn on the water to check pressure, climb to the attic to check age and condition of appliances, go into crawl space, explain type of roof and it’s life expectancy… Karl had our best interest at heart, and kept his cool during multiple offers we unsuccessfully submitted and a few that we submitted, then backed out, until we finally were able to purchase!

Eaen was fantastic! He was quick to respond to any questions and he was always on top of everything. Eaen will stand by his clients and their wishes, regardless of any outside pressure from others.
