Rebekka was fantastic! This was me and my husband's first time looking at houses and Rebekka helped us with everything we needed to find our perfect home. She was always very responsive and open to meet us for house tours anytime we needed. She was also very knowledgeable about what to look for when touring houses and she made sure to point out any potential problem areas with each house. She made sure we knew exactly what we were getting into when buying our house. Rebekka would point out things that would most likely come up in the inspection and didn't just try to sell us on the pretty parts of a house. She really listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect home. She would get down in the crawl spaces of the houses and make sure there were no potential problems. She also made sure to talk us through the major potential costs that could come up with each house such as replacing the roof, HVAC, etc. She was always open and honest with us. We absolutely loved working with Rebekka and would highly recommend her! Working with her took so much stress off of us at each step of the buying process. She was always there to answer questions and talk through any things that came up throughout our journey. We are very thankful for all of Rebekka's hard work.

Going into the home buying process, my boyfriend and I were pretty clueless and unaware of how everything *truly* worked. Deanna was patient, informative, personable, and SO helpful in teaching us exactly how the process worked! With us moving from out of state, she went out of her way to do many virtual tours for houses that we weren’t able to physically see in person (no matter the time of day). She even let me parents do walk-throughs with her when we couldn’t attend. She goes above and beyond for her clients! You could tell she truly wanted the best for us and made sure we didn’t settle for just any house. We love our new home!?? We would highly recommend Deanna Lauer to anyone who is looking to buy a home. She’s the best!

Deanna did an amazing job negotiating for me! We used Suzanne to sell a home and purchase a new home and both experiences were great. What we liked about her the most was how real she was as a person. She was straight forward but with a caring heart. She also knew the market in conversation and always backed it up with data. She gave us excellent advice on what was needed to sell our home (it sold in 4 days with multiple offers). In addition, she pointed out the positive/negative we overlooked when buying our house now. Rebekka was exactly who we needed to find our rental! Even with our busy schedule, Rebekka was able to coordinate property tours for us, and even helped us spot some potential issues we would have missed. Prior to working with Rebekka, we had a difficult time locating properties that matched what we wanted and/or the properties would be rented before we could even tour.
