Shelbie sent new home prospects as soon as they hit the market, and got information from realtors and construction companies immediately! She follows up and was reliable, timely, and communicative. She even took the time to schedule last minute viewings that I asked about only a day before and crawled under crawlspaces by herself to quickly check on possible issues in properties! I have no doubt she will suit the needs of any buyer or seller and guide them through the process!!

Shelbie was a amazing to work with. Moving in to Durham from New Jersey, Shelbie helped us along every step of the way going above and beyond. She pointed out items of concern when virtually touring a house, and was able to supervise the unloading of our belongings when they arrived before we did. Shelbie had the tools and a team behind her to make it possible to test out possible purchase options and with a great team to carry the offer to a close. DASH has really impressed me. In today's market, with the potential for ever rising mortgage rates and a housing market that is unpredictable, I don't think anyone could have stronger support than one gets at DASH.
