Samuel is incredibly responsive!! I had been watching a piece of property for 2-3 months and had worked with another agent at his company who was no longer there. I decided to make an offer, late on a Friday evening. My former agent handed my information to Samuel who jumped right in. Within an hour he had the contract ready and had contacted the Seller's agent. His Friday evening was interrupted and he handled everything with no issues as my offer was accepted. While awaiting closing I received periodic updates and after the closing, Samuel responded with the local information I requested.

I absolutely cannot speak highly enough of Samuel Johnson as my real estate agent! As a first time homebuyer, I was hesitant to move forward with the process until I could find a personable agent that I trust, and Sam fit the bill perfectly. From the beginning he was on top of everything, extremely knowledgeable, responsive and honest, with hard work ethics and great negotiation skills. Sam kept in close contact with my loan company as well as the seller’s agent to make the process easy. Even my loan officers spoke of how great Samuel Johnson was at his job. Highly recommend!

We purchased a 5-acre property in Yancey County with Sam. It was our first time purchasing raw land and I had a ton of questions. Sam was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and adaptive. Throughout the entire process. He navigated us through a competitive offer situation and got us to closing despite threats from the Seller, the seller's agent, and the brokers we were purchasing from. It was a stressful situation, to say the least but Sam assembled the right team and artfully closed the deal to our advantage.

Sam Johnson is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and he got me the house I love!! He responded to all my texts and emails within minutes even when he was on vacation! He was always calm when I was stressed throughout the entire process and I very highly recommend him!!
