Cady was quite literally one of the best things that happened to us! We were looking to move from CA to NC and had one weekend to look at houses. She was the most communicative, easiest person to talk to. She listened to what we wanted, what we could afford, and what we needed in a house and led us in the right direction. She’s a Raleigh native and knows everything there is to know about the different neighborhoods in NC. Moreover, we were first time home buyers and had no idea what was a good offer or what was competitive, but she gave us every resource and tool we needed to make a decision. Pretty sure if it wasn’t for Cady my mental health would have gone out the window. First time home buyer and of all the times it happened during the most hectic season but Cady was so kind and so patient. She even went so far as to drive around the area with us on a video call to make our decision easy. Her first goal was to always find the negatives in the house.
