Brad was amazing to work with. Being a first time home buyer, Brad was very patient and kind while I figured out what I truly was looking for in a home. Brad was always super communicative and ensured we saw homes as quickly as possible. I happened to be buying a home during a huge sellers market where homes were literally selling within minutes, and Brad always made sure he found a way for me to see the house even if he wasn't available to show me. When I decided I was ready to sell my house, I was lucky enough to be connected to Brad. We decided to meet up and discuss what selling a house entailed. I had many questions and worries written down going into this new venture. I have only ever bought a house. I had no experience with the process of selling a house. I honestly cannot put into words how grateful we were that we had Brad on our side. My husband and I were first time home buyers, and Brad made the process so easy (and fun!). He was super informative and answered all of my annoying first time home buyers questions at all times of the day. He paid attention to the things we wanted and needed in a house so we never wasted our time with houses that weren’t practical. "We met Brad Hellard when we asked Zillow to tour a house but after reading reviews we continued to work with him. Brad had been working with us for several months because we were slowly searching for the best option, he did not push us, came to tour houses on weekends, and was polite and patient. He was glad to answer all our questions but was accurate not to affect our decisions, he did not require us to sign anything until we started to write offers. He helped us to find a home inspection company, movers, etc. He was with us during all steps and his instructions were accurate and precise. The only issue was that the offer did not include a small repair that we wanted there, so if you need something to be repaired ask and check that it is in the offer, not left for post-offer negotiations."
