Adrian did a wonderful job helping us navigate through our home buying process. He answered all of our questions, and provided us with contacts for closing, insurance, and utilities. Adrian was always available to meet or chat on our schedule, and was diligent in setting up inspections, contractors, and meetings with the seller. We couldn't be happier!

When one hiccup occurred near the end of our closing (which was NOT his fault at all) he worked tirelessly to get the problem resolved so we could close on time before we had to vacate our apartment. He was a joy to work with and is a all around great person! I appreciated most his promptness, work ethic, and dedication to us as his clients. This was the best experience as a first time home buyer that I could have hoped for! :)

Adrian, very honest agent, Im very happy happy about the service he provided to my family and me during the process to get a new home. Adrian makes this process looks easy. It was my first time buying a home but Adrian drive me thru all process hand to hand. Adrian and the zillow closing team did an outstanding job. Even I was living in Texas at the time I was looking a home in North Carolina Adrian was able to search the best home for me. He visited each home and did virtual tours to show me each home. Always available with a faster response. Definitely I recommend Adrian as a agent for buy your home. He had very nice negotiations skills which is very important at the time to get the best deal with sellers if your are a buyer.
